Several organised walks near to the campsite there is the possibility of easier walks. The campsite office can give information.
Springtime gives you the opportunity to walk in a sea of flowers. Countless numbers of different flowers. And so many together that you think you are walking inside a flower shop.
One of the walks starts at an altitude of 1700 m and lasts one and a half hours. First you go downhill, and then climb back up to 1750 - 1800 m. You will be rewarded with nice views. This walk is for any one who is fit and in good health.
~~~
You can be accompanied if you wish by the warden or someone else to climb to 2700 m plus. This walk will be a day of hard labour and should only be attempted by those who are physically fit and experienced hill walkers. The effort is well worth it as you will have magnificent views of the even higher mountains which are at a great distance. You can see many miles into Spain and the Mediterranean appears so blue you feel you can touch it.
~~~
You do not have to be mountain goat to enjoy the views, 4 km. from the campsite starts a very beautiful road which takes you to 1700 m there you can have nice walks and enjoy the views. This is also a good place to cool down when the temp. is very high in the summer on the campsite. Because you can do it in your car everyone can enjoy this.
After a walk a cup of coffee on a Pyrenean meadow and if you do not want to walk there is always someone to talk to on a   .. high ..  level.
At this height there is a bridge to cross the river but . . . it is the last bridge. Further on you have to try to keep your self dry, but lucky you . . . . at the next river . . . .   you turn back.
It is very nice sitting on a seat with the clouds below you.

It is possible to leave the campsite in cloudy weather and within 25 km be in sunshine above the clouds.
