The campsite can be found in Fuillla
3 km south of Villefranche de Conflent on the D6
(3 km. south of the N116)
In Prades there are all the shopping facility,
necessary such as Hyper U, Intermarché Lidl.
along with market days on Tuesday AM and Saturday AM with local produce
In Villefranche de Conflent are restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops.
A telephone kiosk is situated 100 metres
from the entrance to the campsite
The campsite has two sanitary blocks
With showers, toilets, handicap and
baby facility cubicles, separate washbasins
Also washing areas for clothes and
crockery with hot water.
We ask parents not to allow their children
to play in the sanitary block area,
but to play in an area provided for children.
All pitches are serviced with electricity,
some have water and waste water drains.
Villefranche-de-Conflent was founded in 1092 by
le Compte Guillaume Raymond de Cerdagne, it is a fortified town
and it stands in a strategic position in the Tet valley at the
foot of Canigou. It played a role in the battles against the MOORS.
Above the town lies FORT LIBERIA, which is accessible by footpath
or a 4x4 landrover.
Within a radius of 100 km are other historical chateaux, monastery
and caves, like Peyrepertuse, Queribus, Aguilar.
You can visit MONT LOUIS, FONT ROMEU and LATOUR de CAROL
by a small yellow train with open or closed carriages in summer
from the railway station in Villefranche de Conflent.
You can also discover the region on foot, there are different walks
available from the campsite office where they will be able to
advise you on the different walks and degree of difficulty.
